Our proprietary network includes young people across the country: high school students, college students, and early career professionals. This diverse community forms the foundation of our qualitative research.

We’ve grown this network by visiting high school and college campuses, community centers, and youth hubs nationwide. 

Most recently, we launched The Up and Up Ambassador Program, empowering ambassadors to recruit members from their own communities. 

Listening Sessions

Want to know what Gen Z really thinks?

A listening session is a moderated forum — typically one to two hours, held virtually or in-person —  where participants share their thoughts, concerns, and perspectives on a specific topic.  Many sessions are sponsored by clients and offer paid opportunities for our Gen Z community members.

Every session concludes with a detailed insights report, delivering strategies you can act on immediately.

reality checkS

The Up and Up’s Reality Checks are rapid, digital qualitative surveys designed to capture how our community feels about current events in real time. 

Sent out about twice a month, Reality Checks offer a quick snapshot of cultural trends and shifting perspectives.
